Education Writing Advice from Individual CC Faculty Members

When writing papers in my classes, please remember to follow these tips:
Make sure to follow the guidelines that are provided to include all components of the project.
When completing the IEP and IFSP, fill in all requested sections and sign in the appropriate section.
Pick out a research topic that truly interests you. Research can be fun if you are really interested in your topic.
Divide the sections of a group project fairly so that everyone completes an equal proportion of the project.
Use the same typing font for the completed project so that it looks like one person typed it—not several people. Your work needs to look professional. Let your work represent you.
Proofread all of your work before submitting the project.
