Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant/Data Entry will be responsible for all data entry operations and daily procedures for the undergraduate women’s college.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Work in Jenzabar
Assist the admissions counselors with contact management for prospective students
Coordinate all mailings that go to prospective students
Responsibility for data entry for all prospective students that express an interest in Columbia College
Work closely with all departments on campus
