Columbia College has an active Council for Exceptional Children organization that is open to all students on campus. Our events include local and statewide Special Olympic events, parent and professional guest presentations, social activities in the community and local schools. This involvement allows all interested students to experience the value of advocating for the well being of individuals with exceptional learning needs across a wide range of settings and a range of different learning experiences.
