Human Behavior and Conflict Management Program Structure
- The Masters degree program requires thirty-six semester hours. You can complete the program in two years if you follow the recommended rotation below, taking two courses each semester. If you do not follow this course rotation, your completion of the program will take longer than two years. The program is part-time, designed for working adults.
- To receive the Graduate Certificate a student is required to take 15 hours: HB 601 and four other courses selected by the student.
- If you are a non-degree student or if you have special circumstances relating to personal preferences or job requirements, you may take courses out of order upon consultation with the Program Director.
- Each year in May, June, or July, an HB elective will be offered at the macro level: addressing social movements, political questions, national or international conflict. You may elect to take this course instead of HB 785, Family Mediation, which is a professional practice course. ALL OTHER COURSES ARE REQUIRED FOR THE MASTERS DEGREE.
- All courses require Internet work.
