The essay must be typed in 12 pt. font, double-spaced, and with one inch margins.

2. How would the skill set taught in the Organizational Change and Leadership Graduate Program enhance your career and meet your personal goals?
3. Once you begin to take classes in the Organizational Change and Leadership Graduate Program, what immediate impact do you foresee in your professional life?
