Cancellation Policy
If unable to attend, substitutions are welcome any time prior to the program date. A $25 processing fee applies to all conference cancellations. Registrants are responsible for the full registration fee for any cancellation made after 5 p.m., ten days prior to the conference. Registration fees will not be refunded or waived after that date. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee. All applicable fees will be billed in the form of an invoice due in thirty days.
