(COLUMBIA, SC) The Columbia College Board of Trustees has announced the election of officers for 2004-2006 as follows:
Chair: Joe R. Blanchard, president and CEO, Blanchard Machinery Company, Columbia, SC
Vice Chair: James B. Apple, chairman and CEO, First Citizens Bank of South Carolina, Columbia, SC
Secretary: Annette Williams Lynn, M.D., director, Division of Dermatology, Department of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Columbia, SC
The Board has also announced the appointment of the following new members:
Charles P. Austin, Columbia City Manager, Columbia, SC (4-year term)
The Reverend Lee C. Bines, pastor, Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Kingstree, SC (4-year term)
Jean E. Duke, senior vice president, Colonial Supplemental Insurance, Columbia, SC (4-year term)
John H. Lumpkin Jr., president and CEO, Edens & Avant, Inc., Columbia, SC (4-year term)
