(COLUMBIA, SC) The Columbia College department of dance will present its annual Fall Faculty Concert this year with a twist -- a theme of "Dance 150: Celebrating a History of Dance at Columbia College," in honor of the College's 150th anniversary. The concert will be held on Friday and Saturday, November 5 and 6, 7:30 p.m., in Cottingham Theatre.
The event is open to the public. Ticket prices are $10 general admission and $5 for students and seniors (65+). The box office will be open 2-5 p.m. November 4-6. For information, call 803.786.3850.
Among the works to be featured in the concert are "Call to Dance," choreographed by Associate Professor Linda Caldwell, and an upbeat, hip-hop piece choreographed by Adjunct Professor LaQuesha Lyles.
