The Leadership Institute at Columbia College is accepting registrations for You First…The Next Step, a conference for women who want to improve their leadership skills, professional success and life satisfaction. You First…The Next Step builds on themes from the highly successful 2007 You First… Life Balance and Leadership conference which drew over 200 professional women from throughout South Carolina.
Join us to explore the next steps at work and in life that will increase workplace impact, energy and perspective and learn strategies to decrease anxiety, stress and worry. Learn how to expand your voice in decision-making discussions; learn how to make balance and humor part of your everyday success; learn how to advance your career; and become part of a powerful network of women working together to make a difference in their workplace and in their communities.

Registration rates:
Corporate Sponsorship Tables $1000 for 8 seats
Individual seats $125 per person
Non-Profit Rate $100 per person
