The Office of Community Service provides service opportunities for the Columbia College community and encourages the campus to examine social and cultural issues by connecting students, faculty, and staff with the surrounding area through community service initiatives.

CC Serves works with student leaders, community agencies, and other college offices to plan meaningful and diverse programs based on student interests and community needs. We facilitate student involvement with a wide range of community organizations in areas of education, health and wellness, economic development, environment and the arts.

The Service Council engages students in dialogue about campus community service initiatives and serves as a forum for discussion, evaluation, and planning in order to build and sustain an active culture of student engagement in service.
