Welcome to the Office of Multicultural Affairs and Community Resources!

The mission of our office is to foster a campus environment that embraces multiculturalism and provides all students with the support they need to be successful in and out of the classroom.

Some of the services provided by this office include:

* Intensive support for international students including new student orientation,

   I- 20 management, academic advising, off-campus excursions, and transportation

   assistance

* Chairing the Columbia College Diversity Committee, a group that offers various trainings 

   and events throughout the year which promote a greater understanding and appreciation

   for diverse populations

* Social work services that connect students facing systemic "life issues" to helpful

   resources on-campus and in the community
